Dimana pada saat ini SMARTMEDIAmenyediakan berbagai program televisi kabel dan koneksi internet yang cepat.Saat iniSMARTMEDIA tersedia di Pekanbaru,Riau yang beralamatkan di jalan Tuanku Tambusai Pekanbaru Komplek ruko CNN no 9 dan didirikan pada tanggal 7 Juli 2011 yang diresmikan langsung oleh bapak walikota pekanbaru Drs H Herman Abdullah .

"Saya berharap, Smart Media ini melalui TV kabel bisa eksis dan memberikan kemajuan teknologi warga Pekanbaru. Dan yang penting lagi, dengan dibukanya Smart Media ini akan membuka lapangan kerja baru bagi warga Pekanbaru sendiri," ujar Drs Herman Abdullah pada saat peresmian SMARTMEDIA (halloriau).
